PROCESS AND MANUFACTURING COORDINATOR

Qualifications:

• Professional Title on the following careers: IIA, IMA, IEI, IME o Afín.
• 4-5 Years of Experience in the following positions: Process Coordinator, Manufacturing Coordinator or Continuous Improvement Coordinator.
• Experience working for the following industries: Refrigeration, Metal Mechanic or Automative.
• Conversational Advanced English.
• High Experience in SAP or Oracle and AutoCad
• Experience in purchase and installation of new machinery.

Objective: Management of department resources to contribute to the implementation, development and sustainable maintenance of our production processes, continually improving them through Lean Manufacturing tools, project implementation or improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the necessary process information for each project is documented.
• To have a general scheme of the plant as well as control of layout, movement of people and fixed assets in the plants.
• Manage changes, modifications and layout validations.
• Review of expenses, budget planning.
• Ensure that the processes guarantee the quality, safety of workers with ergonomic processes, cost and delivery time.
• Ensure that the implemented processes are safe, ergonomic, guarantee the quality of our products and comply with the defined cost and delivery time.
• Management of new investments related to the manufacturing area.
• Management of Process Standardization in our plants.
• Definition of capacities of the work centers / BU to determine the volume of production.
• Definition of manufacturing capabilities of all production processes in our plants.
• Management of new product tests and process evaluation for new suppliers.
