Position Summary:
Under the supervision of a manager, the Team Lead, Remarketing Sales Operations works directly
with the manager to coordinate sales operations in support of Inmar's Liquidation/Remarketing
Department, ensuring a high level of internal and external client and buyer satisfaction.
The Team Lead is viewed as a subject-matter expert (SME), often providing guidance and advice to
other team members and serves as a point of contact for the entire Liquidation/Remarketing
Department. On occasion, the Team Lead will be assigned special projects.
Primary Accountabilities:
·Responsible for Inventory management including but not limited to consolidation of manual data
entry and system generated data verifying accuracy of multiple data points
·Maintain various logs and records involving, but not limited to shipments, inventory, and orders
·Responsible for creation, revision, and voiding of client invoices
·Tracking and entering inbound and outbound transportation
·Evaluate and resolve discrepancies within the department, using critical thinking and effective
communication skills
·Use appropriate follow up techniques to meet or enforce deadlines on behalf of leadership
·Produce weekly, monthly, and yearly reports and summary documents for leadership (consolidating
information, etc.)
·Provide administrative support specific to Remarketing leadership (Managers/Directors/VP)
·Provide administrative support and coordination to the Remarketing department (sales team,
facilities, etc.)
·Create, maintain, review and approve SOPs
Leadership (20%)
·Create and maintain SOPs for the team, assist with training/onboarding new team members
-Assist manager with preparation for weekly team meetings to cover processing issues,
process improvements and Lessons Learned
- Serve as back-up for Manager during absences
-Assist in directing the work of Sales Support Coordinators and provide guidance support as needed
-Assist with monitoring adequate order invoice creation, inventory framing, and report coverage
-Lead team calls when needed
Required Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in business or related field, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 5+ years' experience preferably working in logistics or liquidation, or any equivalent
combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and
abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position
- Proficiency working with Google Suite, including Google Drive and Microsoft Suit
- Advanced Beginner in these technologies: Navisphere, Showcase, Oracle, ReSKU, DTMAIN
and Returns Pro
