Descripción
Objective
Develop and implement sourcing strategies for contracted services, including facility management, contractors, food and canteen services, HSE, and HR categories. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conducting comprehensive market analysis and benchmarking.
Main Responsibilities
· Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while maintaining compliance with company policies.
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
· Drive cost reduction initiatives and identify opportunities for savings through supplier negotiations and contract optimizations.
· Monitor and analyze spending patterns to identify areas for improvement and cost avoidance.
· Oversee contract execution, renewal, and termination processes, ensuring adherence to contractual terms and legal requirements.
· Implement and maintain contract tracking and monitoring systems to ensure compliance and performance management.
· Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to manage risk and ensure supplier adherence to corporate standards.
· Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor supplier performance and service quality.
· Conduct regular performance reviews with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement.
· Resolve service issues and escalate critical concerns to maintain service continuity.
Position Requirements
· Bachelor's degree bachelor's in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering and/or finance.
· Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar data analysis tools. Ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies. Knowledge of category management and supplier segmentation. Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
· Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems. Cost analysis, budgeting, and financial modeling. Understanding of total cost of ownership (TCO) and cost reduction strategies. Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms.
· ERP Systems (like SAP or Oracle). eProcurement and e-Sourcing platforms (like Ariba or Coupa).
· Especially important for HSE and HR-related contracted services. Understanding labor laws and environmental regulations.
· Languages: English Proficient – mandatory.
· Experience: 5 years in procurement; 5 years using SAP
