Krones Mex is looking for a MATERIAL MANAGEMENT MANAGER with experience in our sector.
If you have a degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration or similar, you live in Mexico City, you have experience as a Master Data Manager and Order Management, you are fluent in English.

Material Management Manager:
This person will be in charge of provide direction, supervision and management to the Materials Management Team, in the respective Master Data and Order Management divisions, and lead the technical transformation of materials management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness, as well as lead the efforts of continuous improvement to implement best practices and methodologies.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Master data:
- Define, maintain and implement the inventory strategy in SAP for the subsidiary, ensuring that all parameters are aligned with the company's strategy.
- Lead Planning and operations activities related to the Spare Parts category, ensuring availability through the application of the Materials Requirements Plan (MRP) to comply with the company's stock policy.
- Responsible for defining, implementing, maintaining and monitoring key performance indicators and supporting all areas to meet objectives.
- Maintain stock levels aligned with warehouse policy and capabilities to support demand volumes, as well as billing goals established for clients through the analysis and development of a weekly shipping plan that meets the requirements of each client.
- Weekly management and daily monitoring of inventory reports, stock projections and shipment tracking for each supplier.
- Work closely with the different Supply Chain teams such as: Warehouse, Logistics, Purchasing and Sales to support the execution of the delivery plan.
- Provide traceability and implement strategies for the management of materials that become obsolete.
Orders management:
- Lead the strategy for the best execution of "Backlog" monitoring proactively and ensure that order delivery commitments to customers are met.
- Schedule meetings with the leaders of the Order Entry, Purchasing, Logistics, Imports and Warehouse team, to improve internal processes and ensure proper execution of orders.
- Evaluate compliance with the delivery and shipping plans of each supplier using On Time in Full (OTIF) KPIs and developing action plans to ensure the continuous improvement process of each of the suppliers.
- Support the warehouse by planning and delivering materials on time according to sales order plans.
- Execute the maintenance of Purchase Orders in SAP ensuring the correct MRP process.
Education:
Level: Bachelor's degree - Industrial Engineering, Administration, Finance or similar.
Years of experience:
- At least 8 years in demand planning/forecasting with increasing responsibility.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in order management and planning.
- Significant experience in Excel (pivot tables and charts, etc.), PowerBI, Access reporting skills required, and ERP (SAP) experience preferred.
- Strong cross-functional project management
