Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, International Business, Communication, Public Relations or similar preferred.
Language: Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Core Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to the Commercial Director and the Leadership team.
Coordinate international travel arrangements (itineraries, tickets, transportation, hotel, and car rentals).
Submit expense reports timely and accurately, maintaining all documentation according to control guidelines.
Execute AMEX reports for Directors, and support.
Responsible for the Director's agenda, placing sessions, making the necessary adjustments and review with hims/her to notice priorities and keeping her/him on track regarding their daily commitments. Handle schedule clashes.
Schedule and Coordinate monthly Team Connects, including content and presentation/ materials
Maintain and organize files, records, and office supplies.
Support and prepare special presentations for the Director and LT agenda (speechs, career meeting, etc)
Offer:
Base Salary $30,000 - $35,000 gross.
