Coordinates the Global Inventory Benefits tracking and service as point person for coordination of annual benefit renewals for all benefit plans. Plan/program administration as required with respect to internal processes.
Key responsibilities
Point person for all benefit annual review/renewal/pricing process as part of a Global team. Will work with the local brokers and internal Human Resources to solicit all necessary information and facilitate the negotiation process.
Point person for gathering and managing timely updates/data integrity for the Global Benefits Inventory tool and tracking process – will serve as the primary point of knowledge on all plans offered including vendors, eligibility, pricing, etc.
Participate in new Global benefit programs/plan process – includes coordination of benchmark data, internal marketing and communication campaigns, etc. Primary facilitator on data requests, summaries, etc.
Process benefit billings for employees on Leave of Absence to include monthly billings, deposit EE payments, entries for missed deductions.
Requirements
· Minimum 1-2 years of experience as Benefits Analyst.
· Advanced English level & Excel knowledge.
· Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills. Ability to work independently.
