The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-driven team player, focused on customer success. You'll grow existing relationships and drive new business by identifying and implementing effective strategies.
Responsibilities
- Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders
- Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and internal partners
- Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Complete sales process through project management
- Reception of request for proposal, contests/new projects for the specification of finishes and quotes, project monitoring, coordination of installations and site visits, collection management and after-sales service. Order entry coordination of installation, billing and collection.
- Development of high-impact presentations, follow-up of proposals for their successful closing. Post-sale service of existing projects.
Key Account Manager is meant to acomplish the following tasks:
- Identification and follow-up of potential clients
- Design proposals
- Finishes specification
- Responsible for managing the work team and the general coordination of the project until its delivery, providing excellent service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Architecture, Interior Design or related
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Fluency in AutoCad
- Mandatory Business English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
