?? Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Process Engineering or Industrial Engineering, with professional license (cédula).
• Intermediate to advanced English level.
• Own vehicle.
• Availability to work overtime and rotating 12x12 shifts.

?? Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily quality meetings and follow up on improvement projects and rectifications.
• Execute quality process improvement tasks.
• Lead Six Sigma initiatives and QCC improvement projects.
• Analyze quality data and propose corrective actions.
• Inspect raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products.
• Oversee daily laboratory management.
• Handle factory inspections, customer complaints, and first batch validations.
• Support with tasks assigned by the area leader.

?? Competitive Salary: Between $15,000 and $18,000 MXN gross monthly, depending on profile and experience.
