REQUISITOS
Experiencia: Experiencia mínima de 2 años (preferible en hotelería).
Escolaridad: Lic. en Contabilidad.
Inglés AVANZADO.
PRIMARY FUNCTION
The Financial Comptroller is responsible for all accounting tasks in the organization and will oversee and evaluate all day-to-day accounting activities and procedures. In addition as the Financial Comptroller, you will present the financial reports on a monthly basis to the General Manager and Board of Directors.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing and forecasting yearly budgets in conjunction with all department heads and the General Manager based on trends.
Presenting prompt and accurate month end and year end closing processes.
Developing and maintaining a company's financial policies and procedures
Creating and completing financial reporting systems (monthly/quarterly/annual)
Overseeing accounting operations such as payroll, accounts receivables, accounts payables, purchasing, inventories, general cashier and general ledger entries to ensure accuracy in financial reports.
Monitoring and controlling cash flow
Reviewing of all accounting documentation in preparation for Annual Audit conducted by external Auditors.
Meets with the Board of Directors via conference on a monthly basis to review financial statements of the Resort.
Will perform any other related duties as required.
