These are the main responsibilities of this position:
- Is responsible for budgeting, investment, and cost center planning (AOP).
- Ensure the correction and compliance of the periodic closing dates at the end of the month.
- Analyze and understand actual costs/results, especially through variance ANALYSIS vs. previous forecast and AOP.
- Provide monthly forecast updates.
- Ensure reliable/reliable reporting to Kautex management and corporate in accordance with "due dates" and management requirements.
- Identify risks and opportunities and initiate action plans to avoid negative impacts.
- Be responsible for the development and documentation of workflows in compliance with Textron and Sarbanes-Oxley policies (404).
- Initiate and coordinate Inventory/Inventory Taking.
- Create and control adjustment plans if variances occur.
