The role involves leading seamless communication and coordination between internal and external stakeholders with the MLB, reviewing and enhancing processes, reporting hardware quality assurance, and addressing high-priority data-related issues.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conducting pre-game checks of the systems in accordance with standard procedures and solving problems.
Operating the technologies during the game remotely from the Mexico City Office.
Liaising with MLB and MLB Teams personnel both on-site and remotely.
Identify potential issues and work to find solutions to maximize operational efficiency.
Coordinate actions across teams, ensure follow-up and resolutions, and communicate externally.
Create weekly reports around operational standards for the Baseball Leadership Team.
