ACCOUNTS PAYABLE COORDINATOR

Job offer:

• $35,000 gross monthly salary
• Life insurance: 36 months of base salary for natural death and 72 months for accidental death
• Major medical expenses insurance: according to the current policy
• Cafeteria: 50% subsidy
• Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo): 30 days
• Savings fund: 13% of base salary (up to the maximum allowed)

• Pension plan: The employer contribution is 200% up to the amount the employee decides to save, with a cap of 1.5% of their monthly salary

Position requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (mandatory)
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Advanced English (required for attending meetings two or three times a week)
• Experience in accounting records for liabilities and payments using the SAP system
• Experience in managing payment uploads and accounts on bank portals
• Experience in performing accounts payable reconciliations
• Strong knowledge of General Accounting
• Fixed Assets control and record keeping
• Proficient in expense analysis
• Experience in managing and controlling payment supplements
• Knowledge of electronic accounting
• Experience using supplier portals for receiving and controlling invoices (similar tools are acceptable)
• Leadership and team coordination skills, ensuring efficiency in processes and meeting deadlines

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
