Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch drivers/technicians to appropriate locations according to customer requests
• Monitor and track vehicles in real-time using GPS software
• Maintain constant communication with drivers, customers, and management
• Handle emergency and priority calls efficiently
• Update records, reports, and logs accurately
• Ensure compliance with company policies, DOT regulations, and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelors diploma or equivalent
• Previous dispatch or logistics experience needed
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in dispatch software and Microsoft Office
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
