Job Summary:
The Corporate Doctor Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating the health services provided by the company's on-site medical team. This role ensures that corporate healthcare services are delivered efficiently and effectively, focusing on employee well-being, compliance with health regulations, and the smooth operation of medical facilities. The coordinator will act as a liaison between the medical staff, employees, and corporate management, ensuring a high standard of care and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Healthcare Management:
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the corporate health clinic, ensuring that medical services are delivered effectively and in a timely manner.
- Schedule and manage appointments for employees with on-site doctors, ensuring optimal use of medical staff time and resources.
- Oversee the administration of employee health records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant healthcare regulations.
- Staff Coordination:
- Liaise with on-site doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of medical staff as needed.
- Monitor and manage the performance of healthcare staff, providing feedback and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Employee Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees seeking medical advice, treatment, or health-related information.
- Coordinate wellness programs, health screenings, and preventive care initiatives to promote overall employee well-being.
- Respond to employee inquiries and concerns regarding healthcare services, ensuring a positive experience.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure that the corporate health clinic operates in compliance with local, state, and federal health regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of medical services provided, ensuring data integrity and compliance with healthcare standards.
- Prepare and present regular reports on the performance of the corporate health services, including patient satisfaction, clinic utilization, and compliance metrics.
- Resource Management:
- Oversee the procurement and management of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring that the clinic is adequately stocked and operational.
- Manage the clinic's budget, working with the finance department to control costs while maintaining high standards of care.
- Crisis Management:
- Coordinate emergency response procedures in the event of a medical crisis or workplace injury, ensuring the safety and well-being of employees.
- Act as the key point of contact for external healthcare providers, emergency services, and insurance companies in the event of a serious incident.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare coordination, medical office management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Certification in healthcare management or related fields is a plus.
- Expert in ISO 45001 Audits
- Knowledge of NOM 30, 35 and 36
- English A2 level
