We are currently looking for a dedicated and highly organized Medical Device Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of medical device usage in clinical trials. They will play an essential role in ensuring the seamless integration of medical devices into our clinical trial processes, while adhering to regulatory compliance and quality standards.
Overview of responsibilities
The Device coordinator will play an essential role in managing the portfolio of Medical/provisioned devices.
Working closely with internal teams of the Implementation Team, Study Deployment, Commercial and Procurement.
Owning the study and relationship with our partner vendors who source, store, configure, distribute, and manage the E2E Devices, acting as the representative for the clinical study in all areas reporting into the Director, Device Logistics & Supply
Required skills & experience.
4 years work experience in a medical device/clinical environment
- Supply Chain Management
- Customs/Import experience
- Project Management Exposure
- ERP/WMS experience
- Understanding of Supply Chain planning
- Understanding of Medical Device validation/calibration requirements
- Clinical Trial Experience
- SOP Writing
- Program Management experience
- Project Management Qualification
- Experience of working in a FTSE 500 company
