Community Manager
THE ROLE
We're looking for a Community Manager who understands that social media is more than content—it's connection, strategy, and storytelling. Someone who can build and nurture communities with intention, while also thinking critically about how digital platforms serve the larger creative vision of our projects.
This role blends creative intuition with strategic thinking. You'll be responsible for managing social platforms, activating community engagement, and responding to our audiences with authenticity and precision. You'll also collaborate across departments to ensure our digital presence mirrors the quality, aesthetic, and cultural relevance of everything we create.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and operate Agency's and clients' social media channels, maintaining a cohesive voice and visual direction.
- Lead community listening and response, ensuring all interactions are timely, thoughtful, and aligned with brand tone.
- Develop and execute paid social campaigns in collaboration with the digital team.
- Curate and create culturally resonant content—captions, stories, reels, and beyond.
- Monitor analytics and create performance reports to optimize strategy and growth.
- Stay attuned to trends, digital behavior shifts, and platform updates to keep brands relevant and dynamic.
- Collaborate with creative, production, and strategy teams to amplify brand narratives through social.
- Participate in on-site event coverage and post-event storytelling to reflect real-time energy and audience sentiment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in social media management and digital strategy execution.
- Strong community engagement skills and a genuine love for digital conversation.
- Ability to think both creatively and analytically—from crafting poetic copy to interpreting campaign KPIs.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent writing and communication skills in both.
- Experience with social ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
- Understanding of lifestyle, culture, and experiential branding—you get the nuance.
- Bonus: Background or affinity for event coverage, trendspotting, or creative production.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but not a dealbreaker.
WHO YOU ARE
A curious mind.
A sharp communicator.
A digital native who's as strategic as they are creative.
You see social not as a task—but as a craft.
