OPERATION COUNTRY MANAGER
GENERAL
Someone with experience but still with a dynamism and drive to develop the business. To lead the brand new business development in LATAM North.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Regional Mark
Legal and Compliance. Local and federal law for commodities import and export.
Insurance for importations & exportations
Operational Cost Structures for Mexico.
Operational Management in Mexico (usual movement in ports)
Sales habilities.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Sales & Marketing.
To explore and exploit opportunities provided by regional banks and commodity traders.
To be driven with the aim and focus of building and maintaining client relationships. A long-term vision of creating partnerships and client relationships is fundamental.
To be responsible for direct negotiations with commodities' traders and supply chain management companies.
To continually look for new business opportunities.
Legal and Compliance.
To oversee legal issues in LATAM North, particularly focussed on stock monitoring agreements, general terms and conditions for marine and cargo and supply chain assurance services.
Operational Cost Structures.
To provide cost structures and a budget for all operations, potential and current.
All costs' schedules for each operation are to be fully controlled with a final sign from UK Head Office.
Short Term Cash Flows are to be maintained.
Operational Management.
To be fully responsible for the execution of each and every operation contracted in Mexico.
To provide the most accurate of stock and marine and cargo reporting on each and every day of an operation.
To manage all staff and tallies in the most cost effective way with full status reported for customer invoicing.
To ensure each operation is correctly resourced with personnel, operating costs and capital items e.g. laptops, phones etc.
To ensure that written procedures are in place and distributed for each project to all operational staff.
