Descripción
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Bilingual (English/Spanish) Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, qualifying leads, scheduling meetings and closing the deals.
Responsibilities:
Identify and contact potential clients through various channels (cold calling, emails, social media, etc.).
Qualify leads and determine their suitability for our creative automation solutions.
Clearly and concisely present the benefits of our solutions to potential clients.
Schedule meetings and presentations.
Maintain accurate and relevant lead and opportunity information in our CRM.
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to develop effective lead generation strategies.
Provide consistent follow-up to leads and generate progress reports.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the technology or digital marketing sector.
Excellent command of both English and Spanish, spoken and written.
Experience in selling technology solutions or creative services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge and proficiency in using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Results-oriented and capable of meeting sales targets.
Knowledge of existing automation tools, or interest in learning.
