About the job

This position is responsible for managing cash flow, financial planning, risk management, leading projects and maintaining relationships with our financial banking partners. Responsibilities include: analyzing and managing financial data, financial forecasts, and strategic development to optimize cash flow and minimize company financial risk.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage global cash flow by reviewing and approving transactions to support payment obligations
• Implement strategies to enhance treasury operations and recommend cost optimizations
• Collaborate with departments, streamline manual processes, and implement new treasury tools
• Monitor bank accounts for at least 15 entities and ensure process compliance
• Act as primary contact for Mexico banking partners and lead multimillion-dollar debt negotiations
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, including foreign exchange and credit risks, and monitor currency markets
• Prepare reports on treasury activities and lead finance team project

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration with over 5 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in banking platforms, advanced electronic banking software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex financial data
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English (85%-95%) and Spanish (>95%).
• High level of integrity, dependability, and ability to work within a team environment
• Critical and strategic thinking abilities, effective problem-solving skills, and adaptability to change
• Ability to read, analyze, and translate contracts, with professional skepticism in all interactions
