Document #: PRO-CTI-JD-XXXX / REV A Release Date: Page 1 JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor Location: Monterrey, Mexico Reports To: MX Plant Manager (liaison with Corporate Materials Manager) Position Summary: The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supporting and maintaining product and process quality throughout all warehouse supply chain stages to ensure compliance with material handling, shipping, and receiving requirements, while maintaining accountability to Climatech's business management system. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: • Interface with inside sales, manufacturing, and procurement departments to help identify and mitigate on-time delivery risks to ensure customer shipments are made on time and in full. • Thoroughly understands and is able to perform all shipping functions to include boxing, labeling and prepping boxes for shipment. Arranging LTL, UPS, customer trucks, and courier services. This includes all required documentation (shippers, BOL ERP system transactions etc.). • Responsible for reviewing customer portals and processing shipments in their systems also. • Thoroughly understands and is able to perform all receiving functions to include the damaged materials process, validation of good received, creating receivers in ERP system, printing of inventory labels and scanning of receiving documents. • Operate forklift and order picker to transport material on and off trucks and within thewarehouse using handheld barcode scanning devices. • Responsible for forklift checklists and inspections and safely operating forklifts, pallet wrappers, pallet jacks, and order pickers. • Full understanding of the inventory cycle counting process and ability to perform raw material and finished good inventory cycle counts to a defined schedule. Promptly investigate any discrepancies and perform required ERP system transactions. Participate in all year-end or other scheduled inventory counts. • Support resolution of any identified inventory, shipping and receiving nonconformances through structured root cause analysis and corrective action through our internal audit process. (RCA/CAPA). • Assist employee development through coaching and training to maximize their skillset, effectiveness, and career growth. Conduct direct report assessments, disciplinary actions, staff meetings, and assist in hiring new team members. • Keep plant and warehouse clean, organized, and in a safe condition. Suggesting improvements to shipping and receiving processes to increase efficiency of warehousepractices. • Fulfill other job-related duties as assigned by leadership and as may be necessary to carry out the responsibility of this position. At minimum, commensurate and equivalent warehouse work experience in a manufacturing environment is required. • Strong organizational and communication skills; bilingual in English and Spanish, and able to work independently and cross-functionally. • Possess supervisory, training, and leadership skills. • Computer literacy and experience with various enterprise-wide software applications. • A self-starter with an organized, positive, results oriented approach. Physical Requirements: • Ability to work on their feet for the entirety of a shift. • Standing, bending, walking, lifting, and carrying to fulfill production requirements. • Capability to lift material or tooling weighing up to 50 lbs. • Physical ability to push/cart material weighing up to 1,800 lbs. • Staying focused on the task at hand.
