Descripción
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive GRC Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in helping our manage governance, risk management, and compliance processes for our IT teams to ensure adherence to regulations, standards, and internal policies. The GRC Analyst will work across multiple teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks while supporting continuous improvement in our governance and compliance practices.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify, assess, and evaluate potential risks within the organization. Assist in the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
· Ensure that internal policies, procedures, and controls are aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Provide recommendations for governance improvements.
· Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits.
· Prepare risk assessments, audit reports, compliance status reports, and other documentation to communicate findings and track remediation efforts.
· Work closely with internal stakeholders such as legal, IT, finance, and business operations teams to promote effective risk management and compliance culture.
· Contribute to the development and enhancement of the company's GRC framework and processes. Stay informed about emerging trends, risks, and regulatory changes.
· Assist with the investigation and resolution of security and compliance incidents. Ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken in response to identified issues.
· Provide training and guidance on GRC policies, processes, and tools to employees across the organization.
Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
· Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), information security, or audit-related roles.
· Knowledge: Understanding of risk management frameworks
Soft Skills:
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and GRC software/tools
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
· Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
