Greysteel is a leading commercial real estate investment sales and debt and structured finance services firm. Greysteel serves and advises private and institutional real estate investors and developers in the marketing, sale, and financing of middle-market and institutional real estate assets.
Work Hours: 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday
Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and driven HubSpot Marketing Platform Expert and Strategist to join our commercial real estate firm. This role will focus on driving innovative property marketing strategies, managing and optimizing our HubSpot Marketing Hub platform, and ensuring our marketing efforts support and enhance business growth in the competitive commercial real estate market. As part of a collaborative marketing team, you will work closely with our digital marketing manager and creative team to ensure a holistic brand experience. Your efforts will align marketing campaigns across all touchpoints, including the website, email, and social media channels. This role is remote, but requires strong communication and cross-team collaboration.
Primary Responsibilities
HubSpot Marketing Hub Management
- Oversee the administration, configuration, and optimization of the HubSpot Marketing Hub platform to ensure efficient and effective marketing automation and campaign execution.
- Develop workflows, nurture campaigns, and tools to support lead capture and marketing efforts.
- Ensure seamless integration between HubSpot Marketing Hub and Salesforce CRM, maintaining data alignment and integrity across platforms to enhance property marketing initiatives and lead management processes.
Email Campaign Management & List Oversight
- Ensure all email distribution lists are accurate, working in close collaboration with our internal Transaction Management Team.
- Oversee the execution of email marketing campaigns, adhering to best practices for audience segmentation, responsive design, and deliverability.
- Deliver regular email performance reports to Advisors, providing them with insights to share directly with clients, ensuring transparency and demonstrating marketing impact.
- Continuously and proactively adjust workflows and strategies to improve key metrics such as open rates and click-through rates while ensuring compliance with data regulations.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Design and implement innovative multi-channel marketing strategies tailored to promote commercial real estate properties and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to build campaigns around new property listings, market trends, and brokerage services.
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns utilizing HubSpot tools such as email marketing, landing pages, and social media scheduling.
- Develop compelling content for property listings, newsletters, blogs, and promotional materials.
Campaign Analysis and Reporting
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and ensure campaign goals are met.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign ROI, lead generation, and property engagement to inform the sales team and advise leadership.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve marketing performance and client satisfaction.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with the digital marketing manager and creative team to ensure all marketing campaigns are aligned and provide a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure marketing strategies directly support their goals and property sales efforts.
- Stay updated on property marketing and digital marketing trends to keep the company competitive and forward-thinking.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally focused on commercial real estate or property marketing.
- Expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub is required, including a proven track record of managing marketing campaigns and optimizing platform performance.
- HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software, HubSpot Content Marketing) are highly preferred to demonstrate advanced skills and platform knowledge.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Extensive expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub for campaign execution, automation, and reporting.
- Experience managing integration between HubSpot Marketing Hub and Salesforce CRM, ensuring data accuracy and proper system communication.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies including email marketing, audience segmentation, and content creation.
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS, particularly for creating and troubleshooting email templates, ensuring formatting excellence and brand consistency.
- Strong understanding of email best practices such as responsive design, compliance standards, and optimization.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting, using tools like HubSpot Analytics and Salesforce CRM reporting capabilities.
- Knowledge of the commercial real estate market, including key buyer personas and industry trends.
- Exceptional organization, communication, and collaborative skills.
