JOB DESCRIPTION

As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be involved in the day-to-day operation, ensuring our agents have the proper and correct support to work efficiently. Your daily tasks will revolve around the recruiting and onboarding process, as well as measuring employee performance and productivity through report generation by using software platforms.

ACTIVITIES

• Using multiple cloud-based software platforms to monitor employee performance, productivity, and daily duties
• HR/Recruiting
• Employee onboarding through online portal
• Compiling reports from several software platforms
• Identifying key accounts and reducing low performing accounts
• Create instruction guides for project implementation
• Logging data into CRM platform (must have used a CRM in the past)
