PropósitoComo miembro del equipo de ventas globales de GSO, el Coordinador de Grupos del GSO LATAMC liderará de manera reactiva todos los leads de grupos, generados por el equipo de ventas del GSO LATAMC. Administrará las oportunidades de grupos de la región solo de las cuentas del portafolio del equipo de ventas y trabajará junto al Manager líder del segmento de M&E la ejecución de la estrategia del segmento para la región.
Desempeñará un papel de control y entrega de todas las oportunidades multisegmento que se generen a partir de la relación y desarrollo de la cartera de clientes del equipo maximizando las herramientas de WHR.
Principales funciones & responsabilidadesControlar el funnel de grupos de la región con base a las cuentas del portafolio de M&E de todo el equipo del GSO LATAMC.
Acompañar y brindar soporte al líder del segmento designado dentro del equipo para coordinar los esfuerzos de alineación del M&E en la región.
Participar en las llamadas programadas para el seguimiento de oportunidades de grupos.
Generar reportes relacionados con el segmento.
Hacer de interlocutor con los HUBs de GSO del segmento de grupos en conjunto con el Manager líder del segmento.
Asistir a la dirección en reportes, planes de acción y proyectos de acuerdo con la asignación que se realice para el segmento de grupos.
Maximizar todas las herramientas de ventas de WHR para la gestión de grupos.
Ofrecer soporte a los Managers de GSO LATAMC cuando sea requerido para el seguimiento de oportunidades del segmento de M&E.
Educación & experiencia - Estudios en Administración de Empresas, hotelería, turismo o carreras a fines
- Manejo de Sistema de Gestión Hotelera (PMS) idealmente Opera
- Nivel de inglés avanzado. Deseable portugués, no es excluyente
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en hoteles, dentro de los equipos de ventas, preferiblemente en el área de grupos
- Manejo de Paquete de Office nivel intermedio
- Conocimiento en Cvent y Salesforce.com es un plus
