Knowledge and skills

• Strong Knowledge of electrical circuits, circuit design, and troubleshooting.
• Hands on problem solving.
• Excellent computer, face to face, and telephone communication skills.
• Knowledge of DOE, FMEA, SPC.
• Good knowledge of solving problems techniques and Electrical problem solving.
• Previous experience in new product transfers is a plus.
• Work with production and quality groups to implement cost reductions, productivity improvements, and quality improvements for existing products.
• English Fluency spoken and written.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of BS Degree (Industrial, Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Electromechanical or Mechatronic Engineer).
• Electronics industry manufacturing experience with at least 4 of years' experience.
• Must possess an ability to work autonomously and take the initiative with little to no direction at times. But must also be highly collaborative in working with the organization.
• Ability to lead tool and test cross functional development projects.
• Ability to supervise and develop others.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
• Must be a self-starter / Highly organized.
• Process-oriented, driving projects to completion.
• Willing to travel to US visa and passport; Valid Visa/passport.
• Design experience in product or tester equipment.
• Experience updating and improving old automation lines.
