Responsible and accountable for the management, development, and profitable growth of assigned accounts by fostering and nurturing IDENTCO customer relationships, as well as uncovering potential areas of opportunity for new business.
Responsibilities
Communicates regularly with customers via phone, email, and web portal entries to provide timely and accurate responses to requests and real-time visibility to order status.
Prepares quotes and sample requests as defined by the TSM and customer.
Enters orders into ERP system.
Coordinates the creation of new items with Planning, Engineering, Estimating, Art Department and Engineering.
Prepare RFQs for the Estimating department in coordination with the Application Label Engineer.
Resolves customer issues quickly and without escalation.
Utilizes CRM software to record all customer account activities.
Assists sales in reviewing or performing market analyses to determine customer needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required, Engineering, Marketing, or a business-related field preferred but relevant work experience will be considered.
At least 5 years of customer service experience with large multi-national customers (previous manufacturing experience preferred).
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
Conversational english.
