Our Brand Marketing Manager is a pivotal role responsible for shaping and executing innovative
marketing strategies to elevate brand visibility, strengthen customer engagement, and drive market
share growth.
Some of the main challenges and functions of this position are:
Develop and implement holistic brand marketing strategies to achieve strategic business
objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive alignment of brand strategies with
overarching business goals.
• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities for brand
expansion and differentiation.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., product development, sales, and
marketing teams) to develop integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with target
audiences.
• Manage brand communication across a diverse range of channels, including digital, social
media, and traditional marketing platforms.
• Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to refine strategies and
optimize marketing tactics.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to recommend and implement innovative
marketing initiatives.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture
of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
• Among other duties assigned.
Experience:
• 9+ years of experience in brand marketing or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Advanced English.
