Fixed Costs Finance Champ assists in essential processes and analyses, handles administrative duties to guarantee precise financial reporting and profitability evaluation, and works closely with colleagues to adhere to company policies and department goals.

We seek an undergraduate student with a strong interest in the automotive/mobility sector, aiming to pursue a Finance or Accounting bachelor's degree, and eager to advance their career in a leading car company. The ideal candidate should excel in delivering results with excellence and integrity, even in demanding environments.

Responsibilities

• Aid in examining financial data to uncover trends and insights
• Create reports and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct research and collect data to facilitate financial decision-making
• Work with interdisciplinary teams to gather information and insights
• Support in creating and managing financial models and forecasting tools
• Handle administrative duties linked to financial analysis projects
• Assist colleagues in resolving business challenges and completing administrative tasks
• Drive process enhancements to boost productivity and eliminate non-value-added tasks
• Uphold operational controls to ensure adherence to standard company guidelines and policies

Qualifications

• Active student from any of the last 4 semesters of Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related
• 90% English skills (Oral, reading, writing, and listening)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas and data tables)
• Superior and solid senses of integrity, accountability and proactiveness, and a forward-thinking attitude
