We are looking for an Infrastructure Support Analyst (11 Months Only).

Profile and main responsabilities:

-Bachelor's Degree preferred in the following subject areas: Computer Science, Information Technology or related.

-At least 3 years of experience providing Technical Support to Infrastructure.

-2-3 years of experience in IT Systems Analysis and Retail Store Operations.

-1-2 years of experience in Project Management.

-Experience in software support, laptops, iPads, iPhones & Android.

-Provide support to incidents, RFCs, Testing and Consultancy for the Infrastructure.

-Coordinate UAT with the different users.

-1st level support for Own Retail Stores (53+ stores)

-Ability to speak, read and write in English.
