Activities:

Address projects related to IT governance mandates that encompass a broad portfolio of requirements, including, but not limited to, development framework updates, application governance, security requirements, risk remediation, DRP processes, etc.

This role is responsible for coordinating the development team to address and remediate received mandates, applying controls to ensure proper attention and status reporting, working with global teams to understand mandates, and collaborating with them to resolve them when necessary.

Coordination is an important function, but also plans, organizes, supervises, controls, and even directly executes or remediates projects using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure efficient and effective project completion.

Communicates effectively with managers, peers, and business partners regarding deliverables, timelines, and necessary support. Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. Typically, 5+ years of experience supporting project management.

Project scope includes support requirements for Latin America and requires close attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to execute in a complex environment.
