How You Can Make an Impact

Our product is a cutting-edge course management and adaptive learning solution that empowers millions of learners to reach their full potential. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding the platform to deliver new learning tools to instructors and learners worldwide.

As the linchpin of the product, you will serve as the technical expert for the product, sales, marketing, and business teams, while also acting as the product expert for the technical teams. By combining deep customer knowledge, strong analytical skills, and technical expertise, you will drive a holistic product vision that inspires your teammates and delights your customers.

What You'll Need to Be Successful

• Product Engineering Background: Experience supporting the development of B2B
• and B2C products.
• Web Development Expertise: Proven experience building responsive, accessible, and high-performance web-based products.
• Fullstack Proficiency: Ability and desire to work across all layers of the software stack (front-end, backend, and database).
• Observability: Experience with one or more observability platforms to monitor product health.
• Cloud-Native Development: Hands-on experience with cloud-native development.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and take ownership of the quality of your code and products.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build Innovative Tools: Develop web-based, responsive learning tools used by
• millions of learners and educators.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with engineers, product managers, designers, sales, and marketing teams to create products that customers love.
• End-to-End Ownership: Take responsibility for the end-to-end delivery (tech design, development, testing) and maintenance of our products.

Required Technical Skills

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
