The Customer Services- Sales Coordinator will be responsible for increasing sales profitability by executing the sales process effectively and accurately, attending to customers' needs, and supporting the sales team. will Optimize customers related TWC by securing fast turnover of inventory and accounts receivables. The Customer Services - Sales Coordinator executes all the tactical functions that ensure the correct execution of sales.

• Month closing process support. 
• Sales Accruals
• Finance Sales Report
• Inventory Reconciliations
• Revenue (current group target al $100M) – Sales & Cost records integrity.
• Customer service level (OTA, OTS)
• Gross Margin – Transportation, warehouse, and logistics cost optimization
• Inventory optimization and integrity – avoid aged and disposed of inventory.
• Account Receivables turnover (Reduce DSO)
• Optimizes customer working capital.
• Respond to customer inquiries (phone, email, fax) both internal and external
• Order entry and schedule changes
• Maintain forecast/schedule for long lead time
• Accurate Invoicing
• Shipping/Receiving
• Consignment inventory reconciliation/invoicing
• Follow up on orders with production, shipping, logistics, and problem solving

Qualifications:

BS required preferably in Account, or Business administration.

Must be detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and under tight deadlines.

Must have advanced computer skills

Must be fluent in both English and Spanish 

 Experience:

4 years in customer service in an international corporation, with proven comprehension of supply-demand, logistics, and global trade complexities.

1 year in logistics and inventory management.

Knowledge:

The position requires logistics, Mexican taxes, business administration, accounting, and international trade knowledge.
