Our Business Unit in Mexico is growing fast and we are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to sit on the right side of our Executive Director and take the reins of an ambitious sales development project, aligned with our international growth strategy.
As a business development leader, focused on headhunting and talent management, your role includes:
- Design and direct an appropriate strategy to bring the best talent and executive search services to your clients, nationally and internationally.
- Promote Catenon's exceptional positioning in its markets and cutting-edge technology for talent assessment, with a strong focus on quality & delivery.
- Seek and acquire new accounts, in whatever sectors you may desire to develop or already master, worldwide.
- Be an expert of your client and people-centric, fomenting loyalty, trust and optimization.
- Position yourself as a key referent for your clients in executive talent search, anticipate their needs and be a key partner of their strategic challenges achievement
- Manage the relation with your clients and ensure the correct execution of the selection processes, supervising the production of the service by the consultants assigned to it, end- to- end.
- Develop and consolidate the relationship with our different partners and be the voice who moves talent and innovation forward.
- Achieve challenging cash collection objectives monthly, resulting of your own sales activities and follow up end- to-end
You are our ideal candidate if you can demonstrate :
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development in the recruitment/headhunting sector, with a strong focus on client experience management.
- Being graduated of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at least or a MBA, with special interest in Sales & Marketing, HR, Law, Psychology or related fields
- A fluent level of Spanish and a high level of English, as we have a global focus. Other languages are highly valued to fit with our multicultural DNA.
- Experience developing and negotiating contracts with clients, with a strong practice of value creation.
- A clear vision for the future, being able to generate your own action plan and to monitor results.
- An optimistic and proactive mindset, always looking for alternative solutions and proposing new actions to develop your market and your clients.
- Strong verbal communication skills, including interviewing, selling, influencing, negotiating and collaborating.
- Be very self-directed and able to plan your own time, being used to working to targets and deadlines.
- Are result-driven and passionate by challenges, enjoying a fast paced context.
