• Education: A solid financial education at the university level.
• Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years in relevant roles (e.g., controlling or consulting).
• Skills: Proficiency in SAP and BI Tooling (Afo/PowerBI), along with strong MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint). Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Language: Full professional proficiency in English.

As a Pricing Controller, you'll work closely with the Pricing Manager to:
Define our price portfolio strategy (e.g., models vs. outright pricing).
Set prices based on the Pricing Review Board for various product types (market-based, value-based, new products, sustainability).
Manage freight costs and additional services pricing.
Support specific customer deals.
Continuously improve pricing infrastructure: SalesForce management, booking analysis, and automated dashboarding.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Support Price Setting Cycle (PRB) and Price Strategy Development:
Prepare the Global Pricing Review Board, setting prices across EMEA, USA, LATAM, and Asia.
Optimize pricing using monthly KPI assessments (booking rates, price adherence, leakage).
Deep dive into price strategy effectiveness, price model effectiveness and duration.
Assist in developing a price model repository.
Support case-specific pricing deal negotiations (contract negotiation support).
2. Maintenance and Development of CPQ Tooling and Freight Management:
Enhance and maintain the CPQ pricing tool.
Develop dashboards in Salesforce and PowerBI.
Regularly update the Commercial Manual in Salesforce.
Monitor price adherence and leakage, driving operational efficiencies.
3. Business Insight Support:
Collaborate with the Finance Director and Pricing Manager for monthly business reviews.
Provide backup support for the FrieslandCampina Ingredients (FCI) Pricing Manager.
Assist the Product Group Manager with case-specific pricing deals.
Contribute to projects within the FCI Innovation & Partnership team.
