We are looking for a Training and Organizational Development Manager to join our team. Join one of the best healthcare companies with international presence.

In this position, you will be responsible for leading and executing training and organizational development programs that promote professional growth and employee satisfaction aligned with the company's global strategy.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Administation Area or Humanities.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in same rol leading training, organizational development, and internal communication programs.
Budget management and coordination with external providers for events.
Deep knowledge in instructional design and platforms such as Moodle and Oracle LMS.
Corporate experience creating the annual training plan.
Excellent statistical and analytical skills.
Experience in implementation and monitoring KPIs (H.C + 1500)
Advanced Excel/Advanced Business English

Main Activities:

Planning, designing, and implementing training and development courses that are align with the company's strategic goals.
Design and deliver workshops, coaching and leadership development to foster a positive and healthy business culture.
Implement and create 360° assessments and organizational climate surveys to measure and continuously improve the work environment - Statistical report.
Design and supervise the execution and application of the Annual Training and Development Plan.
Plan the annual budget, validating it with the Human Resources Department and the Administration and Finance Department, applying the projections and controlling the expenses incurred.
