Position Requirements

• Proven experience as a Windows System Administrator with expertise in Active Directory
• Capability in designing, administering, and supporting on-premises WinTel/VM servers
• Proficiency in performance analysis and troubleshooting tools
• Ability to monitor, analyze, and resolve system, security, and application log issues
• Experience coordinating with outsourced providers to meet SLAs and KPIs
• Collaboration skills to work with Network and Security teams for a secure server environment
• Preferred experience in project management and consulting to lead server maintenance and projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills
