We are looking for a Mechanical and Electrical Production Manager for the construction phase of our project in Nacozari, Sonora.

Knowledge Required:
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in both English and Spanish.
- Advanced knowledge of processes, means, and methods in construction management.
- Proficiency in MS Project.
- Expert knowledge of mechanical or electrical construction procedures.
- Knowledge of construction machinery management.
- Understanding of all aspects of the construction process.
- Familiarity with construction management software packages.
- Project management skills.
- Knowledge of environmental laws, labor regulations, and safety standards.

?Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the assembly, positioning, and installation of mechanical equipment.
- Responsible for the installation of electrical systems, instrumentation, communications, and thermal engineering throughout the plant.
- Ensure all necessary actions are taken to optimize the budgeted financial results.
- Supervise the installation of mineral processing systems, water drainage, supply, heating, ventilation, piping, and fittings throughout the plant.
- Ensure the proper execution of work in terms of cost, time, and quality.
- Evaluate work performed by subcontractors, control and finalize their contracts (applying penalties for delayed delivery and poor quality).
- Supervise the installation of metal structures.
- Measure the efficiency of work progress according to established commitments.
- Ensure the implementation of the Quality Management System (monitoring authorized procedures).
- Communicate strategic and operational business plans to relevant personnel.
- Verify and evaluate the technical and administrative tasks of personnel under supervision.
- Work with Human Capital to develop a training plan based on the needs of personnel working on the project.
- Demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines and reliability in agreement commitments.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial construction projects (mechanical or electrical).
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Special Requirements:
- Availability to work in Nacozari, Sonora.
