As a Key Account Specialist at Carolina Logistics, you will be the key advocate for our clients, ensuring they experience seamless and successful ground and air freight logistics.

Requirements: 

• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience working as an Key Account Specialist/Manager.
• Experience in the logistics field, specifically in the ground and/or air freight industry.
• Bachelor's degree in business, international business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM tools. 
• Advanced English level (Conversational).

Job activities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing client inquiries, and concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within key accounts.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and 
• Develop detailed proposals outlining customized solutions for key accounts.
• Lead contract negotiations, including terms, pricing, and service agreements.
