Primary activities:

As an “Administrative” role at Century Trucking Inc, you will play a crucial role in the Logistics and Transportation process. Your primary responsibilities will include:

· Billing & Collection: Organize and get up to date all the invoicing processes such as: AP Accounts Payable and AR Accounts receivable

· Expense Control: Establish procedures and controls to administarte correcty the expenses on the company (deductible expenses, monthly Budget, etc)

· Payroll: Address all the info for the drivers and employees with the direccionar la información de las nóminas de operadores y empleados al Accounting Office for payment after revisión with the operative áreas

· Legal & Accounting: Point of contact with the Accounting office to make sure we are in compliance with authorities requiremetns according to actual MX law

· Accounting and expense provision, bank accounts management, electronic transfers

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should have the following qualifications:

·English: Ability to communicate verbal and written (at least 75%)

· Organizational Skills: Strong ability to organize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (english and spanish) with the ability to interact positively with drivers, customers, and team members.
• Logistics Knowledge: Familiarity with transportation logistics, routing, and scheduling processes.
• Multitasking Ability: Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong decision-making skills to address challenges as they arise.
• Industry Experience: Previous experience in the trucking or logistics industry is a plus
• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
