As a Key Account Specialist at Carolina Logistics, you will be the key advocate for our clients, ensuring they experience seamless and successful ground freight logistics.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience working as an Key Account Specialist/Manager.
- Experience in the logistics field, specifically in the ground freight industry.
- Bachelor's degree in business, international business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Advanced English level (Conversational).
We also seek a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in the ground freight industry. If you have a solid track record in ground freight logistics and are adept at building client relationships, we want to hear from you!
Requirements
- 2 years of proven experience as an Account Executive or Sales Representative (Ground Freight). Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in this industry.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the ground freight industry, including industry trends, regulations, and key players.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Job activities (Key Account Specialist Ground Freight):
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing client inquiries, and concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within key accounts.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and
- Develop detailed proposals outlining customized solutions for key accounts.
- Lead contract negotiations, including terms, pricing, and service agreements.
Job activities (Sales Representative Ground Freight):
- Conduct regular online and offline meetings, ensuring effective presentation of our services to potential and existing clients, addressing client needs, and handling objections professionally.
- Present proposals and close accounts effectively according to the established KPIs.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in ground freight sectors.
