Primary Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new enterprise clients in Mexico by cultivating relationships with top executives.
Enhance business within key accounts by thoroughly understanding client operations and finding new collaboration opportunities.
Utilize executive connections to win bids and expand contractual agreements.
Work closely with the sales team, using customer data to guide purchasing strategies.
Address and resolve issues by critically analyzing situations and implementing effective solutions.
Demonstrate the benefits of system integrations and partnerships to prospective clients with technical support.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and surpass sales targets.
Acquire in-depth knowledge of our technology and operations, and provide market-driven feedback for continuous improvement.
Keep abreast of industry trends to offer insightful, consultative advice to clients.
Perfil buscado
A minimum of 5 years of proven success in enterprise-level sales in Mexico.
Experience with telematics, SaaS, or logistics is preferred.
Documented history of surpassing sales targets and growing a client portfolio.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with executive decision-makers, offering tailored solutions.
Self-starter with a strong data-driven approach to achieving sales objectives.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting value propositions and overcoming objections.
An assertive "hunter" attitude focused on acquiring new business.
Qué Ofrecemos
Fixed base salary plus 50% split commissions
