What You'll Do
Own & grow your accounts: Review daily bookings, contact customers, capture new loads and expand wallet-share through targeted upsell and cross-sell.
Drive quote speed: Push pricing teams for fast spot-quote turnaround; negotiate rates that win while protecting margin.
Run the CRM: Log every call, email and task in CRM; keep pipeline, activities and forecasts 100 % current.
Analyze performance: Track revenue, margin, lane mix and win/loss; turn insights into concrete growth actions.
Delight shippers post-delivery: Follow up within 24 h of POD, capture feedback, secure the next shipment.
Resolve issues fast: Work hand-in-hand with Operations to spot exceptions early, drive root-cause fixes and close claims on time.
What You'll Need
3+ years in freight brokerage, forwarding or 3PL account management (cross-border a plus).
Bachelor's in International Trade, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
Fluency in Spanish & professional English (spoken and written).
Hands-on with a TMS (MercuryGate, McLeod, etc.) and CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot or CargoWise).
Excel & basic BI skills for quick analysis and reporting.
Negotiation chops, urgency, and laser focus on customer success.
