As an HR IT Analysts you will support the HR/PO organization to achieve data consistency, accuracy and develop tools and reports based on data to help the HR organization in making decision.
Main Responsibilities
Perform mass data uploads in Workday HCM using the Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) tool or additional tools.
Maintain reporting catalog and develop dashboards.
Create Data Quality dashboard to address the HR data inconsistencies to partners.
Merge data from multiple sources and conduct corresponding data processing to meet interim and complex reporting needs.
Recognize and communicate unusual events affecting HR data accuracy.
Qualifications
3+ years of Workday HCM module experience
Advanced English
Live in Queretaro (3 days office/2 days home office)- NO NEGOTIABLE
Experience participating in IT projects
Experience with Workday Mass Data management.
