About the Role

We are looking for a strategic, results-oriented professional to lead the end-to-end vulnerability management strategy for a global financial services organization.

This individual will play a key role in designing, implementing, and orchestrating a comprehensive strategy, working across multiple business and technology teams — including those outside of direct reporting lines. The role involves reporting to both local and global stakeholders and managing cross-functional collaboration in a highly regulated, complex environment.

You will lead a compact, high-performing team while driving critical security initiatives with business impact and global visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, lead, and implement a corporate-wide vulnerability management strategy.
• Build and lead a technical, multidisciplinary team focused on agile execution and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with diverse technology and business units, influencing without direct authority.
• Ensure regular and effective reporting to local and global leadership, making security efforts visible at executive levels.
• Lead application migration efforts from on-premise to cloud, ensuring security is embedded in every phase.

Ideal Profile

• Proven experience in global cybersecurity and vulnerability management projects.
• Strong background in cross-functional project coordination across large organizations.
• Fluent in English (C1) — able to create executive-level documentation and communicate confidently with international teams.
• Experience in cloud migration and cloud-native environments with security integration.
• Strategic thinker with strong decision-making skills and a high level of autonomy.
