Job Description:
As the Marketing Manager for Mexico, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing B2B marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives. This position requires a strategic and hands-on marketer who can drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation within the region. You will collaborate closely with corporate marketing, sales, and product teams to create impactful campaigns and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, experience in lead generation strategies, and the ability to develop content that resonates with the local market. This role also requires proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, event planning, and data-driven decision-making.
Core Responsibilities & Duties:
· Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and strengthen market positioning in Mexico
· Ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with corporate business goals and tailored to the regional audience
· Leverage market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for brand differentiation
· Collaborate with corporate Lead Generation and Product Marketing teams to align lead generation strategies and improve lead-scoring processes
· Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels such as email, paid media, SEO, and website content to maximize lead capture
· Optimize digital assets, including landing pages, ads, and website content, to enhance the user experience and improve conversion rates
· Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize ROI
· Work with the local sales team to develop customer-facing content, including case studies, whitepapers, and brochures, that align with business objectives
· Manage and grow the company's social media presence in Mexico, ensuring brand consistency, audience engagement, and performance optimization
· Develop content strategies that include blog posts, social media updates, and localized marketing materials to resonate with the target market
· Plan and execute trade shows, webinars, and industry events, ensuring they align with lead generation goals and enhance brand visibility
· Establish relationships with industry partners, media, and influencers to expand brand reach in the region
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
· 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the transportation, logistics, supply chain, or technology industries
· Proven track record of developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and business growth
· Experience managing trade shows, webinars, and digital marketing campaigns in a B2B environment
· Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media management
· Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
· Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
· Knowledge of Google Analytics, social media analytics, and marketing performance measurement tools
· Strong strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and influence stakeholders
· Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
