Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Strategies:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies on 5+ job boards to source qualified candidates from LATAM and PH.
• Perform intensive analytics to break down cost per qualified lead, hirable candidate, and hired candidate by role, language, source, and country.

2. Meta Advertising Campaigns:

• Strategize, create, and implement Meta advertising campaigns targeting LATAM and PH regions.
• Conduct comprehensive analytics to break down cost per qualified lead, hirable candidate, and hired candidate by role, language, source, and country.

3. Strategic Outreach:

• Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns to engage key decision-makers at target law organizations, universities, networking groups, Facebook groups, and other virtual channels.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of partnering with Virtual Staffing Careers to recruit new candidates.

4. Email Marketing Campaigns:

• Create and implement email marketing campaigns and automation workflows targeting prospective candidates, existing applicants, and hired virtual agents from recruitment through placement.
• Perform intensive reporting to measure the effectiveness of email marketing efforts.

5. Social Media Engagement:

• Engage with prospective candidates and hired virtual agents on social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube.
• Foster connections through comments, reactions, and direct messaging

6. Content Creation:

• Create engaging social media content for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube.
• Develop various types of content, including static images, videos, GIFs, and carousel posts.

7. Photoshoots Coordination:

• Coordinate and run 2-3 photoshoots per month in Nicaragua and Ecuador to produce content for VSC marketing efforts and the website.

8. Website Management:

• Monitor and manage the VSC website, including web copy, photography, banners/CTAs, job postings and descriptions, announcements and achievements, new partnerships, blogs, and new program implementations.

9. Advertising Strategies:

• Strategize and implement new advertising strategies on Google, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, and other platforms for maximum reach and marketing to new candidate pools.

Requirements

• While a Bachelor's degree is preferred, we value a combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• At least 2+ years of professional experience in digital marketing and recruitment.
• Exhibit excellent English oral and written communication skills with a very good English accent.
• Proficient with Canva, Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work with databases and navigate online technological platforms.
• Showcase exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Knowledgeable in business communication and professional in dealings with clients.
• Detail-oriented, diligent, and flexible, with the ability to handle conflicting time demands and focus on task completion with little direction.
• Demonstrate the ability to work and maintain patience with individuals of various backgrounds and professional competencies.
• Committed to maintaining integrity and confidentiality on behalf of the company, the firm, and its clients.
• Own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above & Microsoft Office) with an internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.
• Willing to work on Pacific Standard Time (PST) schedule.
