Customer Service Company Seeking a Bilingual Recruiter (work on-site)

Main Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process in alignment with business goals and staffing needs.
Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines through a variety of sourcing channels.
Review applications, conduct pre-screenings, and schedule on-site interviews.
Ensure timely completion and delivery of all new hire documentation.
Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Support social media recruitment efforts by posting and engaging with potential candidates across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, OCC, Indeed, etc.).
Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 8-hour shifts

Previous experience in a call center environment (preferred)
