Customer Service Company Seeking a Bilingual Recruiter (work on-site)

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process in alignment with business goals and staffing needs.

• Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines through a variety of sourcing channels.

• Review applications, conduct pre-screenings, and schedule on-site interviews.
• Ensure timely completion and delivery of all new hire documentation.

• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system.

• Support social media recruitment efforts by posting and engaging with potential candidates across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, OCC, Indeed, etc.).

Schedule:

Monday to Friday | 8-hour shifts
