Responsibilities primarily to perform the function.

• Coordinate daily shipping activities, according to the direction from the Shipper Coord.

• Shipping Job Orders for Subcontract suppliers.

• Fill the Customer Portals and ASN's creation on time

• Ensure all shipments are done on time and proper documentation.

• Execute and assist in the shipping activities according to Epicor's information led by the Shipping Coordinator

• Elaborate the “Carta Porte” for all the shipments with the new truck

• Track the location of the shipment

• Assists team members as needed.

• Participates in annual inventory

• Maintains all paperwork in order and updated

• Shipping Reports

• Cross-trains on other warehouse functions, under supervisor's direction.

TRAINING OR CERTIFICATIONS:

• Epicor or similar CRM or experience at previous position.

• Internal auditor VDA or other standard similar.
