Maintenance Specialist Program

As a Maintenance Specialist, you'll embark on a unique journey in your first year, where 70% of your time will be spent traveling across the U.S. After the initial year, be prepared to be relocated to a U.S. location.

You will be responsible for ensuring equipment uptime through timely, providing support to the maintenance team to solve the different failures, and troubleshooting and repair of all production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide aid and expertise to plant maintenance and production teams.
• Aid in any repairs needed on production machinery and/or operation, as necessary.
• Provide information on needs for long-term success of facilities.
• Provide maintenance and operational support to any plant that requires it.
• Identify problems and wear & tear on machine centers for every line.
• Perform root cause analysis for corrective actions.
• Provide support to the new startup plants.

What do you need to be part of the program?

• Engineering degree in mechanic, electronic, mechatronic, industrial engineering or similar.
• Experience is no needed.
• Advanced English level.
• Valid tourist visa and passport.
• Interest in a hands-on job and maintenance (this is not a desk job)
• Availability to travel 75% of the time between Mexico & US.
• Located in Mexico State or Monterrey or have availability to be relocated.
• Availability to work different shifts and schedule.
