Job Objective:

Helping both leisure and business travelers solve travel-related problems and manage associated risks. Our global reach, service quality, and proven operational capabilities ensure that travelers receive best-in-class care.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (student).
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Advanced/Fluent proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Shifts Available:

• Morning Shift: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
• Afternoon Shift: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
• Night Shift: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Fully remote)

We Offer:

• Monthly gross salary: $19,330 to $21,475
